Some digital sketches I did in between animating at work, sometimes when the attention slips it's better to draw something, I think it re-engages my mind so I can focus better.

Sketches
These days I try and draw on whatver I can find:
The empty spaces on my daily peanuts desk calendar:
My timesheet:
The back of some printed paper:
I don't get the chance to work at night at the moment, but I try and doodle whenever I can, just keep up the habit until I free up some time again.

Some experimenting
Working on top of some thumbnails I did for an idea. No idea where I am going with this yet in terms of look, but I wanted to try out some charcoal and paint combination with touch ups for the light in Photoshop.

OLD WORK & HOME DESKS
Stumbled on these pictures of my old desk at Boulder Media (Dublin):
And then my home office, I was living in a studio working on a small kitchen table. I miss the simplicity of those days. I almost pasted all my walls in there with artwork from anatomy studies to life drawing, sketches, watercolors, etc...now they are somewhere in the cupboard :/
This was the wall on my left where I hung up the art from my friends who did art trades with me.

Motoko Kusanagi RUNCYCLE Finished
This is a run on 2's (8 drawings), not sure if I will clean it up or not. The aim of doing this is to learn, so cleaning things up takes quite a while and is not really that useful I think.
